  • 2 oz VNUCKA Vodka
  • 0.75 oz fresh yuzu juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white (or 1 oz aquafaba)
  • 3 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

    Add VNUCKA Vodka, yuzu juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker

    Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 10-15 seconds

    Add ice and shake again vigorously for 10-15 seconds

  4. 4

    Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass

  5. 5

    Wait a moment for the foam to settle

  6. 6

    Add 3 dashes of orange bitters on the foam

  7. 7

    Optional: use a toothpick to create a pattern in the bitters
